XQuadro is a technology company but technology is not our primary focus. Our clients are. This is why we employ a fully integrated development methodology starting from business need identification all the way through to design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and training with quality assurance built into the entire process all along the way. We use a wide variety of technologies to best suit our clients needs best – oftentimes a mix of platforms, languages, open source and propriety components. A brief and incomplete list of our competences is provided – mostly for amusement.

IBM WebSphere MQ and Message Broker Expertise

Over the years we have accumulated a considerable expertise using "MQ and Broker" as we commonly refer to the set. We have built, deployed, and are maintaining a multitude of systems ranging from near real-time financial networks to integrating major banking applications and secure, inter-organizational, fully automated order delivery over open Internet.

We are an IBM certified training provider and have provided substantial number of training courses for our customer's personnel -- both developers and administrators alike.

We have built custom tools to monitor and manage large networks of MQ servers, clients, and Broker installations allowing 24/7 operators to instantly spot the slightest problem -- or even spot a dangerous condition before a problem has occurred.

We hold number of development and administration certificates.

All this is truly beautiful and we are certainly proud of our accomplishments. What really makes us happy though is that our clients enjoy their systems 24/7 and are able to serve their customers around the clock.

Development Process

We believe technology is not an end in itself. Our primary focus is on the needs of our clients.

• First we need to understand what the business need is. The most important technology here is good listening skills and lots of patience. Good understanding of someone's priorities requires somewhat of a Zen attitude.
• Only after we have an understanding of what the problem is can we start detailed requirement gathering and creating specification.
• Once these steps are complete we can design a solution. Of course there is no "best" solution. We need to take into account timeframe, business requirements, technical requirements, and available resources. And then find the balance in between that fits all constraints. Good old engineering.
